By accessing or using Qelly ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old. Some venues we integrate with are restricted to specific jurisdictions — Kalshi is US-only; Polymarket is unavailable to US persons; licensed sportsbooks are limited to specific US states. See our jurisdictions page for the current matrix. Misrepresenting your jurisdiction is a material breach.
Qelly is an analytics and decision-support platform for event markets. It surfaces public research performance, probability estimates, paper portfolio decisions, risk metrics, and attribution across third-party prediction markets, sportsbooks, and exchanges. Qelly does not custody user funds, does not guarantee profits, and does not warrant the accuracy of any probability estimate. Event markets carry full loss-of-principal risk.
Live execution is disabled during the beta. Qelly Live Lab uses a company-funded research portfolio; subscriber funds are not used, subscribers do not participate in portfolio profits or losses, and Qelly does not accept bankroll deposits. Any future venue connection would require separate eligibility checks, venue authorization, user revocation controls, and legal review before activation.
Probability estimates, recommendations, and proposed position sizes are decision-support outputs, not financial, investment, tax, legal, or wagering advice. Qelly is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, sportsbook, exchange, or custodian. You retain full responsibility for any action you take outside Qelly.
Connecting certain venues requires identity verification at the venue level. Qelly may also require KYC before enabling live execution on any venue. We may suspend or terminate access if we learn that your representations are incorrect or that your use is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
Subscription fees are billed monthly and shown at the time of purchase. Current paid access is for research analytics only. Qelly does not charge performance fees, does not pool subscriber capital, and does not process user bankroll deposits.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Do not provide Qelly with wallet private keys. Future venue API credentials, if supported, must be scoped, revocable, and authorized by you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qelly shall not be liable for losses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from trading activities, technical failures, venue downtime, API rate limits, settlement delays, or smart-contract failures.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
